Worn Wood

While wandering around in Estes Park, I found this really neat hand carved bench out of a tree stump or large branch and I am a sucker for a good texture/abstract. Seeing the raised grain and curves of the lines, leaning into contrast and picking up the gentle curve, this becomes a sensual image of sorts. Or maybe that is me channeling Edward Weston a bit.
