Doppler Effect
Going for more of an artistic concept here, using an unusual architectural detail — a metal facade with holes in it, kind of like a mesh, but more of a machined or punched in sheet metal. Looking at it from below at different angles made me think of a sound wave or something like that, but the perception of change in frequency, given distance, gave me the name here. A bit nerdy, but art can be like that sometimes.
