I wanted a long exposure of the traffic on the highway while crossing the bridge that spans it, but it wasn’t night time yet and I did want to do something different than probably what hundreds of others have taken, so I decided to incorporate the fencing a bit as somewhat of a frame here. Coupling that with some de-saturation of the image reminds me of an old 35mm Kodak slide from days gone by. Or maybe a snapshot of something you remembered from then. Definitely had a concept in mind and tried to do this a couple of times to get it right, but I think this one really works in that concept.
